Cut the bitter guards in small pieces
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix well
Cover for 10 min.
Now drain salt water from bitterguard
Now in a pan add oil,
Add mustard seeds,add asfotedia
Add garlic paste
Add keshew
Fry till light golden
Now remove keshew from oil
Add bitterguard in it cover and cook for 10 min.
Now add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,cumin_coriander powder,garam masala,jeggary,1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix well
Cover and cook for 5 min.
Now add fried keshew
Mix it
Add chopped coriander
Serve it
